Terms of Service

By accessing or using UGetFirst ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

UGetFirst monitors public Facebook groups from our curated catalog for posts that match keywords you provide and, if you opt in, sends SMS alerts to a phone number you verify. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party platforms, networks, and messaging carriers.

SMS alerts are optional. You may create an account with email and password, verify a phone number during setup, and use the dashboard without opting in to texts. Accounts start with SMS off.

You expressly consent to SMS only when you check an unchecked consent box and enable alerts on the setup alerts step ("Turn on alerts") or via the dashboard "Enable SMS alerts?" modal. "Maybe later" skips SMS. Collecting or verifying a phone number alone is not SMS consent.

You agree to provide an accurate phone number that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

By creating an account, you agree to receive account-related emails at the address you provide (for example authentication and password reset). We may send additional service notices needed to operate your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any platform being monitored (including Facebook). You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead others.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or create multiple accounts to do so.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Provide false contact information or opt in on behalf of another person without authorization.

To ensure system stability, each account may monitor up to 8 keywords and 3 Facebook groups (subject to your plan). Attempts to exceed these limits will be rejected.

We do not guarantee that every matching job post will be detected or that every alert will be delivered on time. Delays or failures may occur due to platform changes, network issues, carrier filtering, or incorrect keywords or group selections.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UGETFIRST AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST OPPORTUNITIES OR MISSED JOB POSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits. You may stop receiving SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP or turning alerts off in your dashboard.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
